The Advocacy Group had made some serious recommendations to the MUFON Board of Directors for consideration. I hope the MUFON BOD will act responsibly in implementing the recommendations from the Advocacy Group.

However, I will not be attending the MUFON 40th Annual International Symposium for the following reasons:

1. I have been removed illegally as Wisconsin State Director without:
A. Without a fair and formal hearing.
B. Illegally removed as per the State Directors Handbook, as I did all that was required as a State Director.
C. James Carrion does not have the authority to terminate any volunteer from MUFON.

2. James Carrion does not have credentials as a MUFON Field Investigator. In my investigation, I could not find any UFO sighting reports from James Carrion, prior to the UFO's Over Earth in August 2008. I also could not find any James Carrion ID as a Field Investigator prior to August 2008.

To Illustrate James Carrion's incompetence, James Carrion did an alleged "An In-depth Analysis: of the Nayarit UFO photos. UFO Journal No. 493 dated May 2009, page 10. James Carrion incredibly states after 9 pages of wasted information that " if Carlos can produce all 5 original photos of the sightings MUFON can re-evaluate the evidence", Meaning that it is now okay to make a final report based on copies. However it is my understanding that under MUFON investigative procedures, copies can be used to start an investigation but not complete the investigation. Using copies as the final word denigrates the investigative principles of MUFON.

3. The SIP/Bigelow Aerospace agreement and the usage of those funds, have not been reported to the MUFON membership. Presently, we have several State Directors handling several states at the same time. Funds should be allocated to State Directors and not to the International Directors agenda. For example, is the International Director traveling out of country more than he needs to when funds should be used to support State Directors?
Example: Mexico, Europe.

4. James Carrion is intimately involved in a UFO hoax in Mexico and today I don't know what I can believe from MUFON International and worse still, MUFON volunteers were involved in that UFO Mexico hoax too.

I sincerely hope the MUFON BOD implement the Advocacy Group's recommendation ASAP. Our leaders must maintain the highest level of credibility for without that we as an organization cannot and should not exist.
